OOC: Three months late to the party, but here is the Musewrite Table. I've been thinking about it, and I think I'm going to try a project where at least part (if not all) of these will actually be set way in the past, when Deadpool was still on the horizon and he was only Wade Wilson. I want to try for creative backstory.
The Wade Wilson ones will be more serious, because he was not always insane. Becoming Deadpool was what broke him. But what were the cracks that eventually lead to the break that A) Allowed him to access the fourth wall, B) Turned him into a full on sociopath because, most importantly, C) caused him to completely give into a general apathetic "I don't give a fuck, Imma do what I want and just have fun because nothing else matters!". I feel that is a defense mechanism that has allowed him to completely break with a past that is, in some cases, too painful for him to want to dwell on or remember correctly. So yes, some of this will be emo. I'm sorry in advance!
Canonically, Wade Wilson's history is vague, unremembered, and constantly shifting due to retcons and different writers. This is one possible history by one random writer (me) that, due to being fanfiction, is already retconned! Ha! Enjoy!
P.S. I will try to be good about tagging things, but if I suck, just look at the icon for who he is in the drabble. Wade icons will be Wade; Deadpool icons will be Deadpool.
